ALL ORDERS:

Please note that, in our efforts to serve you better, items on all pages of the price list MUST be ordered by case packs as shown on price sheet.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

All orders are subject to approval at the time of receipt.

 

INVOICE TERMS:

Terms of Payment are net 30 days from date of invoice. (On Approved Credit)

FREIGHT TERMS:

F.O.B Walnut, California, USA

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS:

A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on past due

balances. Merchandise will be shipped to accounts who are in their payments.

MINIMUM ORDER:

Minimum order is $250.00 for existing accounts. $1000.00

minimum for new accounts. A $25 handling charge will automatically

be added to the invoice any order under $250.00.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Lifetime warranty for all kits:

All kits manufactured by Total Resources International are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship to the end use of the product. Total Resources International will replace any kit returned by a consumer if proved defective in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the product. Normal wear, accidents, improper care, or negligence, are not covered under this guarantee.

Limited warranty on all accessories:

All accessories are guaranteed to be free of workmanship and material defects at the time of purchase to the original purchaser. Items found to be defective at the time of purchase must be returned following our return procedures.
